Pineapple-lime Spritzer
Makes 1 1/2 quarts
• 3 cups of organic pineapple juice
• 3 cups of sparkling spring water
• Organic lime juice to taste
Serve over ice in a highball glass and garnished with a lime wheel.
Lemongrass Ginger Cosmopolitan
Makes 1 pitcher
• 750 ml bottle of lemongrass and ginger-infused vodka*
• 15 oz. triple sec
• 12 oz. bottle of organic cranberry juice
• Organic lime juice to taste
Combine ingredients in a tall pitcher, add ice, and stir.
*To make infused vodka, submerge lemongrass stalks and ginger root in a bottle of unflavored vodka, and refrigerate overnight.
Tarragon Mango 
2 parts kanon
2 big chunks of fresh mango
6 leaves of tarragon 
Muddle mango and tarragon, add vodka and shake. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.

2 parts kanon
2 parts watermelon chunks
2 parts lemon lime soda
½ part lemon juice
½ part simple syrup
Muddle watermelon in mixing tin with lemon and simple syrup, add Kanon, shake, strain into rocks glass over ice, top with lemon lime soda.

Swedish Orchard
2 parts kanon
¼ green apple, cut into chunks
2 basil leaves
½ part lime juice
1 part apple juice
Muddle apple and basil very well in shaking tin with apple juice and lime, add Kanon, shake, strain into martini glass, garnish with apple slice and basil leaf.
