Fall Entertaining: Hot Coconut Milk Punch

This recipe is a bit different than most hot cocktails offered in autumn with coconut as the prime ingredient. Nonetheless, hints of nutmeg and brown sugar make this warm drink a perfect dessert cocktail for any fall gathering. 
 
Makes one serving
 
What you'll need:
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp. light brown sugar
  • 1½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 oz. bourbon
  • Grated nutmeg, to garnish
What you'll need to do:
  • Heat milks, sugar, and vanilla in a small saucepan over high heat; cook, whisking, until frothy and steaming.
  • Stir in bourbon, then pour into a coffee mug; garnish with nutmeg.
