Herb Crusted Pita Chip with Smoked Salmon and Dill Cream
Try this savory canapé at your next brunch, lunch gathering, or dinner party.
2 Pocket less pita bread
3 tbls chopped parsley
8 oz. smoked salmon
6 oz. of sour cream
2 sprigs of dill chopped
2 tbls olive oil
Pre heat oven at 350
Cut pita bread into two 2” squares
Toss with olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 mins or until chips are golden and crisp
Mix dill and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper
On each chip place a piece of smoked salmon and top with a dollop of dill cream.
