    Super Bowl Party Standouts- Appetizers

    Here are two great additions to the classic Super Bowl party snacks inspired by each team's hometown and Relish Caterers!

    Seattle Seahawks: Touchdown Crab & Shrimp Dip

    What you'll need:

    • 1/2 lb Jumbo lump crabmeat
    • 1/2 lb of shrimp cut into small pieces
    • 1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
    • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/2 package of cream cheese
    • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 cup green onions
    • 1 minced shallot
    • 5- 6 diced roasted garlic cloves
    • 1 tbls Worcestershire sauce
    • juice of 2 medium lemons
    • 1 teaspoon hot pepper
    • salt and pepper to taste

    What you'll need to do:

    • Combine all ingredients
    • Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes


    Denver Broncos: Fruit & Prosciutto Team Pride (blue and orange)

    What you'll need:

    • Blueberry
    • Prosciutto
    • Cantalope
    • Decorative cocktail picks

    What you'll need to do:

    • Proceed by creating a kebob with the fruit and the prosciutto. Stick a blueberry onto the pick, followed by folded prosciutto.
    • While adding the cantalope, be sure not push the pick all the through the cantalope.
    • Stand these colorful appetizers on a tray to display your Bronco team pride

    Are you ready for the big game Sunday? Why not feature a specialty cocktail in honor of your favorite team? These recipes would be a hit in the team's home town & is sure to give your Super Bowl guests a great alternative to drinking beer all day long.


    For Seahawk fans: The Seattle Slammer
    1 serving

    What you'll need:

    • 2 oz. Sweet Ginger Vodka (we recommend Crater Lake)
    • Sparkling Apple Juice
    • 2 oz. bourbon

    What you'll need to do:

    • Mix vodka & bourbon in a champagne flute. Top with sparkling apple juice.


    For Bronco fans: The Bronco Bulldog
    1 serving

    What you'll need:

    • 2 oz. Hazelnut Espresso Vodka (we recommend Crater Lake)
    • 1 oz. Cola
    • splash of half & half
    • 2 oz. Vodka

    What you'll need to do:

    • Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass
